Building cultural intelligence through supervisor support: Social exchange and subjective career success as mediators and organisational support as a moderator

چکیده

This study offers a new perspective on how organisational factors influence migrant workers' cultural intelligence (CQ) by examining moderated mediation model of the mechanism underlying relationship between perceived supervisor support and CQ. We tested our using survey sample 462 migrants. found that employees' social exchange subjective career success mediated their perceptions Furthermore, exchange–CQ relationship, this was stronger among workers with high than for those low support. also indirect effect CQ via contributes to better understanding foster abilities navigate diverse workplaces.
